About Me
Hi, I'm Kimberly Roy.
As the wife of a Veteran whose husband served four tours of duty overseas while I raised two young boys — I’m a proud Momma who appreciates people, respects where they are and understands the complexities of balancing life, family, and every other obligation while simultaneously carving out space for your own happiness.
That's why I created an entire business to help people develop themselves. It's how I got here myself.

MY STORY
Kimberly Roy — Collaborator. Trusted confidante. Genuine heart. Caring nature. Real, cussing included because I don’t fuck around. As a wife of a Veteran whose husband served four tours of duty overseas, I value life, appreciate hard work, and respect people for who they are. I respect myself and accept my worldview is as unique to me, as yours is to you. It’s personal and based on our individual experiences.
I’m aware that the trials and tribulations that I faced don’t define me. They define my experiences. Raising two boys, working many different jobs dependent on where my husband was stationed during his time in the service, and following my heart is the core of who I am. I don’t expect anyone to be me. However, the ideals and principles that define how I live, breathe, and function are the heart of it all. This is because I am a deliberate Heart and Soul Leader based on the Christi C International Heart and Soul Leadership Principles.
That version of life matches the one my soul innately accepts because it focuses on how we grow as human beings into the best version of ourselves while honoring the fact that we are better together. We are interconnected. Just as nature demonstrates everyday, the same is true here. OTF’s nature is to collaborate with Christi C International. Together we are innovating a better way to live and do business... because it's all about leading with heart and soul — in accordance with your intuitive nature.
HOW DID I GET HERE?
I always used my intuition, but as a child I learned to use my intuition to "protect" me. Did you ever have those moments when your intuition tells you, "Prepare yourself, it’s going to be a shit show today..." or "Hmm... I don’t know about this person or that person, and I don’t want them near me"? I was only using my intuition to warn myself, but that was not using it to actually protect myself; it was my false sense of protection!
I didn’t know how to use it in a way to HELP me — to help me see that within myself are the answers. I didn’t know that my emotions are so important because they are the best clues to what needs course correcting, nor did I use my intuition to seek the best alternative or best direction instead of heading right into that shit show. 🤦♀️
I also didn’t know how to use it to help others until later in life when I took my first Reiki class... and even more when I started training with Christi and Pete at Christi C International to really understand and discover my own unique abilities.
It was so easy for me to see everyone around me and their problems/issues because I could only see the way it was affecting me. About 10 years ago, I took initiative to start looking within (thanks to a book, The Love Dare, that compelled me to do so) and I realized, "Well, shit… I’ve got some shit, too" (read: a whole lot of 💩), and that my choices and decisions are affecting everyone around me too.
I’ve been working on my inner growth ever since because it’s important for me to clear those blind spots so I’m not negatively affecting the people who mean the most to me, especially my husband and two boys. It wasn’t until I started working with Christi back in 2017 on and off, and consistently since 2022, that I realized I didn’t actually know how to clear those blind spots & roadblocks that I placed on myself that were keeping me from what I wanted.
It’s been the best decision I could have ever made for myself because frankly, I never would have been aware of them (nor been able to remove them) if it weren’t for her!
You know those moments when you get frustrated because you’re saying to yourself, "I'm aware of the issue, but talking about it and releasing the surface energy of it isn't working, because I'm still being affected and not getting to where I want to go"? It's THAT part I'm talking about, and that is why I'm so grateful for Christi and Pete and now being able to collaborate with them to help others.
Just like we did for me (I say we because we are all in this together), we can help you get to the core of the blind spots — and most importantly, find the essential pieces of yourself that have been hiding for so long! 💗
Experience
As a mom, business owner and entrepreneur - I've traveled many road to get to where I am today. One venture naturally led me to the next, until it was my turn to put it all together and do my own thing. (Mom's you know exactly what I'm talking about 😊)

I also want to add that I became a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and although I chose not to continue down that path - for two years I was able to teach women to understand how their body works to create vital nutrients for the baby they just created and birthed; how to look for non-verbal cues from their baby when they are hungry; and how naturally instinctive the body itself reacts to the connection between baby and Mom (ex. if the baby has an infection, the baby's saliva will signal to the Mom's body that it needs to produce antibodies to help the baby fight the infection - it's a perfect example of how Nature Works Together to Flourish on a physical human level). One of my favorite terms that I learned from my professor who taught Lactation Consulting, "Ginny" Virginia Baker, and a term I continue to use to this day is - "Forgive yourself for the knowledge and information you didn't know at the time. Now that you do know - make the appropriate changes." I learned that it is more than just feeing your baby - It's about the bond, connection and safety feeding AND holding/carrying your baby/child provides and the effect that has on the baby's brain, fight or flight instincts and confidence. As a Mom of almost 21 years, parenting has everything to do with how to connect with your intuition to help yourself and your baby/children - especially during those years where verbal communication between two humans are non existent. Infancy is difficult for parents and babies. They are both experiencing a new world where they are in it together for the first time - Parent's learning their babies cues; baby learning parents cues and everything about the unexperienced world around them. As a new Mom or parent, it's a lot about trusting your gut and using your intuition to guide your choices and decisions on how to care for yourself and your infant/baby/child - it never ends.

I also want included that I volunteered at Reading Hospital doing Reiki on cancer patients at the Hospital's treatment center for 2 years
(2004-2016)
I also want to include that I volunteered with the FRG (Family Readiness Group) throughout my husbands 12 years in Army. The purpose of the FRG is to to help unit commanders support soldiers and their families by improving communication, building resilience, and sharing vital resources. I loved this, because most of the time during deployments I was in charge of the single deployed soldiers parents - parents who didn't live close by and didn't have access to the resources those of us who were married to the soldier (and living close to post) had. I loved checking in on them as it let them know they weren't alone, provided ease to their worry and fears and provide a safe place to lend an ear as I understood and could understand - and now that I have kids I can't image the stress levels they endured while their child was at war. It was an honor and privilege to let them know their kid was safe (specifically when tragedy happened) and providing them with that relief during the unknown.

I would like to include how I created cakes (Kimmy Some Cake) for 6 years (until I moved to PA) - using my intuition to create and provide a Bespoke Creation that provided a visual tangibility to the energy the recipient exuded. These cakes brought joy and happiness to people on their special day. It also brought joy and happiness to the person who ordered the cake for their loved one too, because they got to see the joy in the recipients face as they saw what they ordered just for them! It also showed the recipient how much that person cared about them - knowing what the recipient liked, understanding was was important to the recipient and taking the time to reach out and order the cake - communicating back and forth with me several times, paying for it and even picking it up and transporting it to their loved one showed a lot of care and love towards that individual receiving the cake. I absolutely loved that I was able to be a part of that!

I would like to include that I helped senior citizens plan for the financial aspects of their burial expenses. For 8 years, I was an insurance agent who offered small policies to help those who wanted a little something to leave to their family to pay for their burial, or enough to pay some of it. These people were low income or on Social Security who didn't have anything in place and needed something that they could afford that would pay their family to cover those costs. We had the tough conversations and in doing so they talked about what they wanted done when they died, how they wanted it and most importantly how they wanted to ease that financial burden of what that vision could cost from their loved ones. That was so rewarding being able to talk to them about things that are hard and difficult to discuss, but necessary and important because their passing doesn't just have a huge impact on their loved ones emotions - it has a huge financial impact too with the burial alone. I loved helping them ease that weight of not having something in place, to having something in place that would help their loved ones.
