I connect to the physical body to identify the emotional energy that is blocking you, clear it out and provide support to forge ahead.
Personally, I’m a proud mom to two boys, a wife and a business owner. I’ve learned that every time I switched tracks it brought me closer and closer to understanding myself, my innate talent and my intuitive nature. It was hard to raise two young children while my husband was deployed four times overseas, and yet, that experience with military service, navigating duress and showing up highlights my best qualities.
That’s why I created a business with three parts that allow me to collaborate on different levels to help people grow because everyone needs help sometimes.
HOW DID I GET HERE?
I always used my intuition, but as a child I learned to use my intuition to "protect" me. Did you ever have those moments when your intuition tells you, "Prepare yourself, it’s going to be a shit show today..." or "Hmm... I don’t know about this person or that person, and I don’t want them near me"? I was only using my intuition to warn myself, but that was not using it to actually protect myself; it was my false sense of protection!
I didn’t know how to use it in a way to HELP me — to help me see that within myself are the answers. I didn’t know that my emotions are so important because they are the best clues to what needs course correcting, nor did I use my intuition to seek the best alternative or best direction instead of heading right into that shit show.
It was so easy for me to see everyone around me and their problems/issues because I could only see the way it was affecting me. Around 2014, I took initiative to start looking within (thanks to a book, The Love Dare, that compelled me to do so) and I realized, "Well, shit… I’ve got some shit, too" (read: a whole lot of it), and that my choices and decisions are affecting everyone around me too.
I’ve been working on my inner growth ever since because it’s important for me to clear those blind spots so I’m not negatively affecting the people who mean the most to me, especially my husband and two boys. It wasn’t until I started working with Christi at Christi C International back in 2017 on and off, and consistently since 2022, that I realized I couldn't do it on my own. I needed help to clear blind spots and identify the roadblocks that were keeping me from what I wanted. They were also blocking me from understanding my own unique abilities.
It’s been the best decision I could have ever made for myself because frankly, I never would have been aware of them (nor been able to remove the sh*t) if it weren’t for her!
You know those moments when you get frustrated because you’re saying to yourself, "I'm aware of the issue, but talking about it and releasing the surface energy of it isn't working, because I'm still being affected and not getting to where I want to go"? It's THAT part I'm talking about, and that is why I'm so grateful for Christi and Pete and now being able to collaborate with them through my OTF Services to help others.
By going deeper within I was able to learn what my actual skill was. It surpassed what I was doing with Reiki and energy work. They helped me understand my natural talent is to clear out the emotional energy that the body is storing that creates repeating patterns. By releasing that, an individual can Open To Flourish and begin to use their intuition. It was so much more rewarding for my clients and fulfilling for me. I took Reiki to the next level and paired it with my intuitive nature.
As I understood more about me, my Bespoke Creations took on more depth. Each custom piece carried more support from nature because I can feel the energy the person needs to support themselves. My specialty is on the physical side of energy - I create tangible Bespoke Creations and I help the body itself so you can Open To Flourish.
EXPERIENCE
As a mom, wife and entrepreneur, I've traveled many roads to get to where I am today. One venture naturally led me to the next, until it was my turn to put it all together and do my own thing. (Moms, you know exactly what I'm talking about!)

When your body is weighed down from carrying years of unprocessed emotion, it causes internal chaos, stress, and blockages to your intuition. It’s common to ignore, bypass, stuff, or shove emotions down that you aren’t sure how to deal with. That creates emotional roadblocks which prevent you from feeling safe in your own skin. Not only will that limit your confidence, but it also stops you in your tracks and can cause you to feel stuck and frustrated.
In my Open To Flourish sessions, I help you release the repressed and stored energy of emotions and experiences your body has held onto, allowing you to have positive experiences on your own terms. I take Reiki to the next level by pairing it with my intuitive nature to create a truly bespoke experience.
OTF Sessions are interactive experiences offered in collaboration with CCI (Christi C International). Together we address where you are, help you identify blindspots that are in your way and assist in your growth process.

I create jewelry with personalized connections to nature for nature lovers and intuitive enthusiasts who seek to experience more of that positivity because we need that special uplift from the earth. Every unique piece is handmade with love, customized for the wearer. I may not always know who that will be, but I always feel how special the person is who will receive it. That’s why I craft each piece with precision to match the person who needs it so they get the benefit of feeling the positive force of nature they are, as well as the energy that nature emits.

I offer Reiki sessions in person and online via Zoom through the national nonprofit organization, Unite For HER. They provide free services and support to breast cancer and ovarian cancer patients in the United States. Their mission is to enrich the health and well-being of those diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancers by funding and delivering integrative therapies.

For two years, I taught women about how their body works to create vital nutrients for the baby they just created and birthed; how to look for non-verbal cues from their baby when they are hungry; and how naturally instinctive the body itself reacts to the connection between baby and Mom (ex. if the baby has an infection, the baby's saliva will signal to the Mom's body that it needs to produce antibodies to help the baby fight the infection; it's a perfect example of how Nature Works Together to Flourish on a physical human level). One of my favorite terms that I learned from my professor who taught Lactation Consulting, "Ginny" Virginia Baker, and a term I continue to use to this day is, "Forgive yourself for the knowledge and information you didn't know at the time. Now that you do know, make the appropriate changes."
I learned that it is more than just feeding your baby: it's about the bond, connection and safety that feeding AND holding/carrying your baby/child provides and the effect that has on the baby's brain, fight or flight instincts and confidence. As a Mom of almost 21 years, parenting has everything to do with how to connect with your intuition to help yourself and your baby/children, especially during those years where verbal communication between two humans are non existent. Infancy is difficult for parents and babies. They are both experiencing a new world where they are in it together for the first time. Parents learning their babies cues; baby learning parents' cues and everything about the unexperienced world around them. As a new Mom or parent, it's a lot about trusting your gut and using your intuition to guide your choices and decisions on how to care for yourself and your infant/baby/child; it never ends.
It didn’t take me long to discover it was time to switch tracks because while I enjoyed helping mom’s connect with their new babies, I began to see so much more was possible. As a Reiki Practitioner, I was able to share my knowledge, skills and intuition in a way that was uniquely supportive.

As a busy mom with two young kids and a husband on active duty in the military I wanted to earn income in a way that supported my family responsibilities and priorities, while doing something for myself that allowed me to fuel my intuition and creativity - that’s when I decided to open my first business. I designed custom bespoke creation cakes to celebrate birthdays, gender reveal parties, anniversaries, change of command, retirements and other special occasions. Using my intuition and collaboration skills I created a delicious cake that visually matched the energy that the recipient exuded so they experienced the value of themselves with care to every detail. Each collaboration ensured there was a mutual reciprocity of happiness and joy - for the recipient receiving the cake and the person ordering the cake. The family member or friend who placed the order knew what the recipient liked, what was important to them and wanted to enhance the celebration in a way that demonstrated their love and care toward the person being celebrated. I absolutely loved that I was able to be part of their family celebrations until my husband retired from the Army and we moved to PA. Then, it was time to switch tracks.

Family Readiness Group

Throughout my husband’s 12 years in the Army, I volunteered with the FRG (Family Readiness Group). The purpose of the FRG is to to help unit commanders support soldiers and their families by improving communication, building resilience, and sharing vital resources. I loved this, because most of the time during deployments I was in charge of the parents of single deployed soldiers - parents who didn't live close by and didn't have access to the resources those of us who were married to the soldier (and living close to post) had. I loved checking in on them as it let them know they weren't alone, provided ease to their worry and fears and provided a safe place to lend an ear as I understood and could understand - and now that I have kids I can't imagine the stress levels they endured while their child was at war. It was an honor and privilege to let them know their kid was safe (specifically when tragedy happened) and providing them with that relief during the unknown.
1997–2006
Licensed Insurance Agent

For 9 years, I was an insurance agent who specialized in working with low income clients and people on Social Security who needed a small affordable policy that would help their family cover the costs of their burial. We had the tough conversations and in doing so my clients talked about their wishes when they died and most importantly how they wanted to ease the financial burden of what their vision could cost their loved ones. This experience was so rewarding because talking about things that are hard and difficult to discuss, but necessary and important, was essential to respect the actual impact on their families. Their passing doesn't just have a huge impact on their loved ones emotions - it has a huge financial impact too with the burial alone. I loved helping them ease that weight of not having something in place, to having something in place that would help their loved ones. Until my first baby was born while my husband was deployed. Then, it was time to switch tracks and prioritize my family.
